[Therion] splays

In the latest version (5.3.12) released today, there is at least metapost
attribute you can use to color splay shots.

Just redefine l_survey_cave symbol in layout, e.g. 50% gray like this:

    T:=identity;

    if ATTR__shotflag_splay:
      thdraw P withcolor (0.5,0.5,0.5);
