[Therion] multilingual strings in code metapost?

Just wondering, is it possible to have Therion interpret multi-lingual
strings in 'code metapost' in much the same way as it does in layouts and
scraps?

 

Eg

      label.bot(thTEX( "<lang:en>Original Scale  1 :
<lang:de>Originalmassstab = 1 : " & decimal (Scale*100)),(0,-tmph));

 

The above, as I expected, it evaluates to the entire long string, but it
would be nice to have it evaluate just to the language that the user
selects.
