[Therion] How can I obtain a userid for the Wiki ?

Hi,
because of some problems with spambots user registration was disabled some
time ago. New registrations were so far handled by admins manually upon
request.

This week I enabled user registration again together with text captcha
plugin and other precautions - you can register here
