[Therion] pdf title

At the moment the title of the pdf comes from the source th file

So if
survey CheddarCatchment

the title is CheddarCatchment

This can be improved by

survey CheddarCatchment -title "The Cheddar Catchmet"

however sometimes in the thconfig I only select a couple of caves

so would like to change the title, which I can do, but it becomes a
little tedious.

I was wondering if I am missing something like a way to change the title
in the layout.

This would be very useful, as I tend to produce different thconfig files
for my different outputs, but have the same th file, so I would not have
to remember to edit the th file each time I run a different thconfig.

I guess I could make a custom header box, but that seems a little over
the top for something that people must want to do quiet often
