[Therion] Debug giving error

5.3.9 on Debian wheezy

I have obviously made a mistake when drawing up this elevation, as it is
far to large. To try and get a clue I  tried

debug on

It had compiled with debug off but gave an error with debug on (and all
as well)

I'm unable to apply a partially specified transformation
except to a fully known pair or transform.
Proceed, and I'll omit the transformation.
