    "*infer plumbs on" tells cavern to interpret gradients of +/- 90
    degrees as UP/DOWN (so it will not apply the clino correction to
    them)

That's from http://survex.com/docs/manual/datafile.htm, but the therion
book says much the same.

Your example has no such clino readings, so enabling this option will
have no effect.
