Martin,
Many thanks, my error was using grads instead of degrees. I included input 
.th2  so as to output the scraps which were not incl in my file

1. there is no any reason to input .th2 file to .th file, if you need
only centerline.

2. you define in .th file: "units compass grads"  and "units clino
grads" but in your data you use degrees!

grads means: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grad_(angle)
degrees means: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Degree_(angle)
