[Therion] the volume of the cave

Therion itself does not provide this output.

But VTK toolkit, that is used by Loch, can calulate volume of polygon mesh.
It should not be a problem to add this tool to loch viewer, but I am not
sure about the precision.

Would you like to use it on 3D from scraps ar LRUD data?
