[Therion] Position of map on the paper in export

Hi Bruce
I used "page-grid on" in the layout for map export to check what I'll get with
atlas output.
As I switched it off again I got what I expected to get. The map is in full size
without that space around.
On the atlas output I could arrange the map with "origin" as I would like to
have it.
Btw the same for the map output with "page grid on".
Thanks for your help.
