[Therion] New symbols

I have already done a hand rail in plan, due to being involved in
surveying a show cave, been meaning to put it on the kiwi for a while
now. This is one of my first attempts at symbol definition, (cannot
remember what I adapted it from), probably very poor, but in case it can
help.
Steps would be wonderful, I have spent far too long trying to use a
border to draw steps.
The other one that vaguely crossed my mind was a point symbol for light,
but I put it to the back of the list after very little time
