[Therion] Generate XYZ coordinates of cave stations

Hello!
After surveyed few caves in Therion I've encountered some problems with their adjustment to other GIS software. I supose that extract XYZ coordinates of cave stations and their futher comparison with plan could be the simplest way to visualize cave data in other GIS software.
Could you give me some advise how to generate coordinates of cave stations? Besides what is the adjustment method in Therion? Is it least square adjustment method?
