[Therion] Packaging therion 5.3 doe Debian/ubuntu

Martin,
as I promised to you I am working on it. Dokuwiki was upgraded last week
and I am now testing Siteexport plugin. I already have something exported
on my local machine. It is not ideal but I will send you mail with this
export for testing.
