[Therion] Disappearing menus in xtherion 5.3.3-1

Using the deb package Wookey built on Ubuntu 10.04

The menus disappear occasionally. I can find no logic to when or where 
(tend not to use menus very often.)
If I have more than one instance of therion open, there can be menus in 
one, and not in the other.
