[Therion] Installation on Snow Leopard

Trying to install v5.3 on Snow Leopard vives me this error.

tclsh makeinstall.tcl MACOSX
installation error: could not write /usr/bin/loch

I seem to remember last time I installed Therion I had to remove some lines from a makefile but I can't remember which file or which lines to remove. Can anyone help please.
