[Therion] Multiple scrap outlines

These new warnings are generated by a new triangulation algorithm. The old
one was not working properly and from time to time it completely failed on
Mac OS. I am currently working on the new 3D engine, and some of these
warnings are just because it is not yet finished. If you do not see any
problem with 3D model, you should ignore them.
