[Therion] How to see a bitmap on a surface grid

OK, it looks like this is a graphics driver issue on my laptop. When I
view the same lox model file on a Windows XP virtual machine it
renders OK. But on my Windows Vista Dell Latitude laptop the bitmap
overlay is not shown.
