[Therion] Missing mingwm10.dll file

Last week I tried to install Therion on Windows  XP and Windows Vista OS
machines and each time I tried to run Loch I got an error regarding a
missing file, mingwm10.dll

 

Problem was present with 5.2, 5.2.10 and 5.2.12

 

I eventually had success with 5.2.9

 

Is this file missing from the former install files or was I doing something
wrong?

 

A little perplexing as I have never had this problem on my own XP machine,
on which I have successively installed the most recent versions over top of
the old versions since about 0.5.1.?
