[Therion] Disto-X Callibration

I feel a little bit foolish, just discovered the Calibration section in the
pocket topo manual - I had been looking for this stuff in the calibration
manual and not the pocket topo manual - it solves much of the mystery about
the meaning of values obtained from the calibration calculations.  

 

My Disto-X is still misbehaving, but at least I can now interpret and
manipulate the results myself.
