[Therion] pdf creation for very small pages

I have some text files that contain exploration notes about the cave, often
a few sentences to maximum half an A4 page.

 

I'd like to place these around a 'finished' cave drawing using the map-image
command.

 

It works quite well, but a problem is that the pdf 'generators' that I have
either make large white space borders or will not make 'pages' smaller than
A4.  Using raster images gives a poor result or results in a large file
size.

 

Can anyone suggest a means of creating pdf files for a small amount of text
where the 'page' is sized according to amount of text (much like Therion
does for map outputs)?  I'm using Windows.
