[Therion] Co-ordinate system identification in outputs

Some time ago the issue of including the output co-ordinate system
identification in the outputs themselves was raised.

 

For example;

*	cave lists, 
*	title pages of atlas's, 
*	map-headers, and 
*	sql database output.

 

Identification could be as simple as "EPSG:27200" or "arbitrary local
co-ordinate system"

 

Was anything decided?  

I think this is quite important, and it's absence causes confusion from time
to time

Should I add this as a task to the savannah page?
