-outline out is default for wall, so it does not make sense to do it
manually. The problem is, that these two lines are too short and too
far from each other, therefor therion creates two outlines from each
line instead of joining them into single scrap. This problem can be
easily solved by adding one invisible wall, that is used to specify
connection between two distant parts of scrap outline. See attachment.

What origin point do you mean? Altitudes in the map are displayed as a
difference to grid-origin (set in layout). You need to probably set
this one.

Amplitude = depth in cave. Do you want to change just the label
displayed on the map?
