[Therion] sql output station flags incorrect

Try this one:

select ID, SURVEY_ID, NAME, X, Y, Z, FLAG from STATION, STATION_FLAG
where station.id = station_flag.station_id;

BTW, there is a simple database http://www.gaia-gis.it/spatialite/
(based on SQLite) which makes it easy to perform geospatial analyses
on combination of therion data and data obtained from other sources
(e.g. in shapefile or csv formats).
