Theoreticaly you may "move" the object line in plain text editor.  
Just open .th2 file find your line (add an ID to particular line in  
map editor first) and add or subtract a appropriate constant from  
coordinates of line points.

It is possible to do, but one should make a simple macro or script to  
do it. It is possible to do it in spreadsheet to, I think.
