[Therion] Spikes at passage ends: Loch

I would like to fix this problem for quite a long time, but without
success until now.
It occurs in the passages without centrelines and in the cases, where
scraps have relatively high vertical range (usually very large
scraps). Sometimes also adding more point-dimension with same values
helps. But it is a dirty bug and it should be removed properly.
