[Therion] thbook compilation

Hmm
I'm a Windows user.  Should that response mean anything to me, or is it
intended for users of real operating systems :)

I have no thbook directory, and 'make' means nothing to me.

It is there, just:

1. compile samples - do make in samples directory

2. recompile thbook - do make in thbook directory
