[Therion] Team member who didn't do any survey

I agree, I don't want to see Therion become unnecessarily complex. I guess
this is an issue of whether Therion should be used for more general cave
documentation, beyond "conventional" surveying. I personally think it would
be nice to be able to add arbitrary team members, not simply just explo-team
and team. Perhaps I'll dig through the source code and see if there isn't
some easy way of adding this functionality. I imagine Stacho has more
important things to do :-).
