[Therion] Penetration distance

Ooops, this functionality does not work in therion yet.

Options you mentioned are used for scrap morphing algorithm - usually,
if you have well drawn notes, they are not used.

To calculated distance - I assume you would like to have distance of a
centerline path between two stations - needs to be implemented in
therion. Nobody requested this feature before. I will put it in the
TODO list.
