[Therion] grid on elevation map

If we can have a new commande with 2 parameters
grid-lines-range from to

it could be fine I think.
And it will solve probleme for people who want grid lines only in the 
middle of the survey (like me fromm 0 to -200 ) and people wanting grid 
lines outside the survey ( because the cave cames from +40 to -240 and 
they want the grid line +50 and -250
What do you think ?
