Ehen I run it the river matches reasonably, but on zooming in there is a
slight mismatch in the hatching.  As good as we can expect I suppose.

I see you left a little tip in your example of how to include a plan and
elevation in the same map.  By including a previous version of one of the
pdf outputs as a map-image.
Nice!  Does it usually work well? Scales match, print quality etc?

Also you have redefined a boulder field (I think)
What are it's special; features?
