[Therion] SD Units for fixed points

Sorry for late answer first.

Units for fix sd is the same as units for fix. But I am afraid, when
you use cs option to specify coordinate system for fixed points, it
will not change SD units. You need to change them manually using:

units position m

Or you can specify sd with units. E.g.

sd x y 5 m
sd z 20 m
