There are 2 incompatibilities in fact. I am sorry for that:

1. -code option is not supported anymore. But same result can be
achieved using user defined attributes - just replace "-code" with
"-attr code" and it should work as before. Is it a big problem?

2. Handling of continuation comments will be a little bit different in
metapost. New MP codes will be included in samples.
