Hi Bruce,

in the bitmap command is the problem! The "0 0" and "100 100" are in 
pixel coordinates! This means "0 0" is the lower left corner of the 
image. Usually I use lower left and the upper right corner. I suppose 
your image is bigger than 100x100 pixel.
