[Therion] Label printing in pdf

Hmmm, could you please send me your .th/.th2/thconfig files, that I can 
see what is going on? There may be some problem with scrap without any 
other symbols - just labels. I am not sure.

Normally - if you have no map defined - all scraps should be in the 
output, so when you are starting, there is no need of map, I think.
