[Therion] Creating a catalog of Therion symbols

Hi

I added the code to therion.mp and recompiled and ran therion again
with this option and wow! Yes that is exactly what I wanted.
It shows me exactly what symbols are missing from the ASF column
and shows me what I get for each symbol.

Why are some rows in a grey color?
e.g. point station-name is in a grey color row but point station:fixed
is in normal white.
