[Therion] changing page size in atlas

I tried to make an atlas with A3 sized pages, portrait mode so set
size 42 29.7 cm
in my layout. 

This resulted in a lot of errors:

In the finished atlas every other page is blank, and I get no
navigator. Is this a bug, or did I do something wrong?
