[Therion] Therion IRC channel created

I have created an IRC channel for therion discussions - either about
drawing or development. I don't know how many other users find IRC
useful, but I know I do.

It is #therion at irc.oftc.net

Come and hang out - it's quite lonely at the moment :-)
