0.2.19 debianization

OK, I downloaded 0.2.19 and debianised it (nice and easy).

However on running xtherion I find I am getting an awful lot of debug info
like this:

These occur when loading the .th2 file in the map editor. and there are 260
numbered lines in the file (I like the line numbers in the command window -
I think that'll help a lot). It looks there is a count from 1-n for each
line n.

I don't know if this is something to do with the 'why do extra 'text' lines
appear' problem, but that is still present in this version. As Stacho can't
repeat it I'd better try and work out what's going on myself.

I was going to upload this version as it seems to work, but can't with all
this debug info - if you tell me where it is I'll noble it.

BTW, for my little soundriver survey, this version gives a 127K PDF. v0.2.18
gave a 32K PDF. Is this dramatic increase expected?

I'm away for a week in norway, so nothing more till I get back.
