When I have to draw something like this, I draw one border curve that goes behind the wall on those places, where wall is areas active border.   In the output, such border and area are clipped by walls.

May be in the future it will be neccessary, but again - every time I draw area that should be surrounded by walls also, I just let it overlap walls and in the output this are will be clipped correctly.
