Re: [Therion] Spikes at passage ends: Loch
I have in the past tried to use the 'point dimensions' entity in plan scraps, but not always with success.
Actually mostly without success, (version 5.2.10) With this example, adding points along the unsurveyed passage such as point 643.75 -511.0 dimensions -value [3.0 0.0 m] modifies the output, but the end spike remains, and the passage heights along the unsurveyed passage become erratic, not particularly reflecting the dimensions entered. I would like to fix this problem for quite a long time, but without success until now. It occurs in the passages without centrelines and in the cases, where scraps have relatively high vertical range (usually very large scraps). Sometimes also adding more point-dimension with same values helps. But it is a dirty bug and it should be removed properly. Regards, S.
