Xtherion error when importing JPG in Windows
Hi, Several users got the error on the image attached when trying to import a JPG image on XTherion on Windows. One single user succeded importing a JPG image on XTherion on Windows. These XTherions were able to import a PNG image. They were all using Therion for Windows available at https://therion.speleo.sk/downloads/therion-setup-dev.exe How can they import JPG images? This is due to the jpeg version of the image. It happened to me when I generated the image with GIMP. But editing and saving the image with the windows 7 image visualization tool solved the problem. Xavier, You are right, saving the JPG file with Windows file viewer makes the JPG file compatible with Windows XTherion. The problem is with the use of the "Progressive" JPEG option in GIMP. Even in GIMP, if you save the JPEG file without the "Progressive" option, the JPEG file became readable by Windows XTherion. But the error message is really cryptic: invalid name command "ÿØÿà Who would think this is about an unsupported option when saving the JPEG file ;) Thanks for your input, Rodrigo
