In this weekly Mapiah release we have:
  1. New features:
    1. Using MPOverlayWindowBlockWidget at MPSnapTargetsWidget to improve reading.
    2. Snap to XVI file features.
    3. Snap spatial index.
    4. Improved snap icon.
    5. Add/remove lines from areas.
  2. Fixed bugs:
    1. Lines added to areas not getting IDs associated to them.
    2. Mapiah throws if line referred by area does not exist.
  3. Infrastructure maintenance:
    1. dart fix --apply
    2. flutter pub upgrade.
