There is another solution: Export VTK fgrom Loch in ASCII format. For that feature you should change one line in source lxData.cxx  about line 615

w->SetFileTypeToBinary();   to    w->SetFileTypeToASCII();

and recompile Loch.

It is solution of thickheaded man, not exactly I want to be. :)

Paraview:

1. Open VTK file exported from Loch
2. use Filter Calculator:
     (coordsX-XXX000)*iHat+(coordsY-YYYY000)*jHat+coordsZ*kHat

     Replace XXX000 and YYYY000 with your big part of X and Y coordinates

     Press Apply
3. Save data VTK - ASCII
4. In plain text editor:

Replace part (only numbers!!!):

with part:

5. Open in ParaView and Export Scene as .x3d

6. Open file in MeshLab

7. Filters -> Quality Measure and Computations -> Compute Geometric Measures
