Most of it is already in Survex format. You just have to:<br>
specify the * in front of commands,<br>
switch the begin and end comands,<br>
move the title to its own command<br>
remove the centreline commands,<br>
remove the extend commands (that is done in a separate config file with <br>
survex, using eleft and eright commands),<br>
add a "cs out"<br>
