
<html><head><meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html charset=us-ascii"></head><body style="word-wrap: break-word; -webkit-nbsp-mode: space; -webkit-line-break: after-white-space; ">Hi all,<div><br><div>when I was creating new wiki page yesterday I realized that we are completely missing some conception/structure in our wiki. A lot of tutorials mixed with various tips and tricks, examples, FAQ... I spent several minutes on wiki and I found a lot of really good stuff... A lot of good tips pretty hidden (not only) for newcomers. So maybe it is good time for some clean up and consolidation.</div><div><br></div><div>My proposal is to divide documentation to few sections:</div><div><br></div><div>- Guides and tutorials</div><div>- Tips and Ticks - short tips like Checking of Therion "environment"</div><div>- Code snippets (TeX, MetaPost)</div><div>- Operating system (OS) related tips - installation, configuration etc.</div><div>- Related stuff - tools, svg to th2 etc.</div><div><br></div><div>and consolidate the rest = move pages into sections, split or merge some pages etc.</div><div><br></div><div>Is there anybody willing to help with wiki maintenance?</div><div><br></div><div>Another question is about bug tracker and IRC channel. I don't think it is used so is there any reason to keep links on main wiki page?</div><div><br></div><div>As I am hosting whole project on my VPS we can have whatever we need - maybe some really simple bug tracker, VCS etc. hosted on <a href="http://speleo.sk/">speleo.sk</a>domain.</div><div><br></div><div>Any comments and suggestions are more than welcome.</div><div><br></div><div>L.</div></div></body></html>
